In Malay is stated as : Institut Pembangunan Bandar & Bangunan is an institution that involves in education, research, building services and maintenance as well as entrepreneurial development based on the excellence of knowledge, training, research and consultancy works. Therefore BUDI has focused it activities towards building and urban development as its core business, i.e. as has been emphasised by the government.

INTRODUCTION
BUDI was established in September 2001 with the objectives to encourage every sector in building and development to pursuit their progress potential through enhancement of knowledge, services and research. More improvement can be made for people and organization through knowledge, services and continuous research. Thus, BUDI was established to offer its expertise to be utilized by people and companies in this field. To achieve these objectives, a number of experts have been invited to associate their expertise in our services. They have many years of experience in their special fields especially in research, education and they have produced many graduates at undergraduate and post-graduate level

Building & Urban Development Institute (BUDI) with the cooperation of Jasa Sendi (M) Sdn. Bhd. is now doing building condition survey works for the Pathology Department. BUDI will provides technical support and advice especially in the usage of inspection tools, analysis and technical report.
