Jasa Sendi (M) Sdn. Bhd. (JSSB) is a Chartered Building Surveying Consultancy Firm.  Generally, it provides building consultancy and inspection services in the field of Building Dilapidation survey, Asset Management, and Building Audit, such as building inspection, condition monitoring, performance assessment, maintenance, defects rectification, conservation, life cycle costing, reports for claims in Consumers Tribunal  and project management.

JSSB provides best practice to comply the current building laws, regulations, guidelines and serves professionally with the concept of ‘Value for Money’ for it clients. This to ensure clients to receive correct surveying reports, better features of building performance or condition and also predictable return of building asset investments. JSSB clients are the local authorities, housing developers, property and building owners, property buyers, contractors, management corporation bodies and individuals, those who intend to have good building care, building condition, building value, building refurbishment as well as safe and healthy buildings.

JSSB was established in 1993 by Prof. Sr Dr. Ahmad Bin Ramly. He is a competent and qualified surveying practitioner by qualification and experience in the fields of building surveying, architecture and building engineering. He received Fellowship from Royal Institution of Surveyors (Malaysia), Society of Professional Engineers (UK), Chartered Association of Building Engineers (UK) besides Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK) and Chartered Institute of Building (UK). He provides expert advice to a number of government departments, public and private agencies, higher learning institutions and also as academic assessor to the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. Before serving as Professor in the Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, Dr. Ahmad was a senior managerial and technical officer in Kuala Lumpur City Hall.
